Blucher® comes in two grades of stainless steel. The drains themselves are usually 304 Stainless Steel. The water traps are always 316 Stainless Steel.
The option exists for the drains to be made of 316 Stainless Steel if required at an additional cost

Clean all food-contact, non-food contact, and high-touch surfaces at a risk-based frequency to avoid product contamination, and also to minimize accumulation of dust, dirt, particles and other debris.
